Pathfinders Profit Consultants, LLC, has a unique approach to small-business consulting. The Principals as well as our staff of Consulting Members have extensive experience and knowledge of the small-business consulting sector. Their experience with other consulting firms laid the groundwork for our unique approach to consulting that is exciting and able to make a difference with impacting change for our clients. For years, we have been working on this new way of consulting. We have a 130-page How-to Guide called the Path to Engineered Profit that comes with the Excel worksheets that a client company needs to identify their areas of opportunity to increase profit and go about addressing them. If the client is not able or willing to tackle their issues themselves, Pathfinders is ready to step in to assist with a consulting project. Pathfinders is structured into three areas: 1) Sales & Marketing; 2) Project Consulting Services; and, 3) Corporate Operations (accounting, finance, project & sales support, etc.). We are now looking to develop a diversified team to drive SALES of the Guide and related consulting programs.

Associate SupportWe have great on-line resources including a regularly updated web site and Associates Page with all the information, forms, and databases that you need to do your job.
This is where you record client contacts. With this we know which sales associate is working with which company.
We also have on-line training and information.
Associate Commission StructureThe amount of money that you earn depends on your prospecting and sales. This is a commission-based sales position and no salary is paid to our Associates. You get 25% of the sales price of any Guide that you sell. Softcopy Guides currently sell for $60 but that may change from time to time. Hardcopy Guides are also available and sell for $80 US & Canadian, plus tax and shipping. This again may change as our costs change. Guide sales are only a vehicle to consulting project sales. This is where you make money now and in the future. The Sales Associate receives 15% of the gross billing for their projects. Currently we bill out at US$150 per hour of on-site projects and $125 per hour for remote consulting. There are cost discounts for bundled hours. For instance, a 150-hour, on-site project would be $22,500. Total sales commissions on this one project would be $3,375. This level of commission is available for the Sales Associate who identifies the client and obtains the client signature on the Consulting Agreement with the appropriate retainer. Once you start getting four or five projects per month, you start to see some real money. Commissions are paid at the end of each project when all funds have been deposited. Applicable Tax reporting and payment are the responsibility of the Sales Associate. Pathfinders is a LLC and you would not be an employee, so a form 1099 Misc would be issued to you for the appropriate tax year. Either party is free to terminate the Associate Agreement at any time.
