1) You buy the how-to guide, The Path to Engineered Profit, learn what you need to do to help your company move toward a New Business Model, and talk to one of our consultants on the phone for one-hour at no additional charge.
2) You buy consulting services by the hour. Pathfinders normally charges US$150 per hour for on-site consultation services and US$125 for telephone and remote consultation services. However, special bundles provide cost savings.
Remote QuickStart Program: 3 hours for $350
Client cost is US$350 and includes three hours of telephone consultation and/or off-site analysis and tool development.
Remote Gold Program: 5 hours for $500
Client cost is US$500 and includes five hours of telephone consultation and/or off-site analysis and tool development.
Three-Day, Initial Business Assessment
Client cost is US$3,500 and includes 24 hours on-site consulting with all travel, hotel, and expenses included in the cost (for most cities in the western US and Canada).
Our consultant will analyze your business using our CARS Assessment. Also, the consultant will:
Review and assess the utilization of current accounting procedures.
Create a 3-year Review and Trend Analysis, if sufficient data is available.

This is a custom Road Map leading to a New Business Model to help your company move forward in the New Economy.
At the end of the Business Assessment you will have a better idea of the direction that your business must go to thrive. Should you wish to continue with a consulting project, the objectives will be agreed to between you and the consultant. Pathfinders normally charges US$150 per hour plus expenses for on-site consultation services.
Upon receiving a request for consulting services we assign a consultant to your project. The consultant will contact you to determine a mutually agreeable date and time for the commencement of the project whether on-site or remote.
Yes! Contact me about starting a Consulting Project
For on-site consulting projects only, Pathfinders charges for the reasonable expenses incurred by the consultant. These will be determined between the consultant and the client at the beginning of the project but could include:
- A $50 per Diem
- The hotel to be used by the consultant
- The ground transportation for the consultant (usually a rental car)
- Initial and final economy airfare to and from the project site
- Interim air travel where the consultant may travel home on weekends for longer projects
